We would like to introduce an example of sorting car shredder products using our water flow separator "AW-600 model." For the lightweight side of car shredder products collected from scrap iron, they are sorted into sponge, hard plastics, rubber, sheet fragments, etc., while the heavyweight side is sorted into copper wire scraps, aluminum scraps, stainless steel scraps, etc. Additionally, for mixed products of rubber/plastics and stainless/aluminum, the lightweight side can be sorted into rubber/plastics, while the heavyweight side can be sorted into stainless/aluminum.
